The 30-Second Summary

  • What you do: add up to 20 images to the tool on this page, wait for it to finish, and download one ZIP. The files stay on your device.
  • What it clears: the visible Gemini star on each image, and hidden photo details too if you switch that on.
  • The caps: 20 images per batch, 20 megapixels per image, 150 MB in total. Anything over is skipped rather than silently resized.
  • Keep the tab open until the ZIP lands. A reload cancels the batch, because the work is happening in that tab.

1. When batching is worth it

If you generated a set of images in one session, they almost certainly all carry the same star in the same corner. Cleaning them one at a time means the same six steps, twenty times, and twenty separate downloads to tidy up afterwards.

Batching is worth it when the images came from the same source and are roughly the same size. It is worth checking one of them on the single-image tool first, so you know what a clean result looks like before you commit the whole folder.

If your images came from different tools, or some have been cropped or resized since, clean one of those individually. A mark that has moved or changed size needs a closer look than a batch gives it.

2. How to clean a batch, step by step

  1. Add your images to the tool at the top of this page. Drag them in, or paste with Ctrl+V. JPEG, PNG, WebP and AVIF are supported.
  2. Check the queue. The count tells you how many files are queued, so you can spot a batch that will hit the cap before you start.
  3. Switch on metadata removal if you want it. That clears hidden photo details at the same time as the visible star.
  4. Start it and wait. Files are handled a couple at a time rather than all at once, which keeps the tab responsive.
  5. Download the ZIP and open one image to confirm the result before you use the rest.

The ZIP is built in your browser. Nothing is queued on a server, so there is no waiting behind other people's jobs — but there is also nothing to resume if you close the tab.

3. The caps, and why they are there

Every limit on this tool exists for one reason: the work happens inside your browser tab, using your device's memory. A server can throw more hardware at a big job. Your laptop cannot.

Limit Value What happens if you exceed it
Images per batch 20 Split into two batches and download each ZIP
Size per image 20 megapixels That file is skipped
Total batch size 150 MB Further files are skipped
Formats JPEG, PNG, WebP, AVIF Convert RAW, HEIC or TIFF first

Files that break a cap are skipped, not resized. That matters: a tool that quietly downscales your images to fit would hand you back something smaller than you gave it, and you might not notice until the work is published.

4. Getting a clean ZIP on the first try

  • Group by source. Images from the same generator in one batch behave predictably.
  • Test one file individually first if any of them have been cropped or re-saved since generation.
  • Keep the tab in the foreground on a phone. Background tabs get throttled, and the batch slows down.
  • Open one image from the ZIP before you delete your originals. Keep the originals until you are happy.

Frequently asked questions

How do I remove Gemini watermarks from multiple images at once?

Open the batch tool on this page, add up to 20 images, and download one ZIP when it finishes. Every file is processed on your own device and nothing is uploaded. Honest limit: the batch is capped at 20 images, 20 megapixels per image, and 150 MB in total.

How many images can I clean in a single batch?

Up to 20 at a time. If you have more, clean the first 20, download the ZIP, and add the next set. Honest limit: the cap exists because the work happens in your browser tab, and a larger batch can run a low-memory device out of memory.

Does the batch tool upload my images to a server?

No. Add your files, wait for the ZIP, and download it. The images are read and rewritten inside your browser and never travel to a server. Honest limit: because it all runs locally, closing or reloading the tab cancels the batch in progress.

What image formats does the bulk cleaner support?

JPEG, PNG, WebP and AVIF. Add them and download the ZIP. Honest limit: camera RAW, HEIC and TIFF files are not supported directly, so convert those to JPEG or PNG first.

Can one batch remove both the Gemini watermark and hidden photo details?

Yes. Turn on the metadata option before you start, and the ZIP contains images with the visible star cleared and hidden details removed. Honest limit: removing that information deletes provenance and location records, so keep an untouched original if you may need them later.

Why did one image in my batch get skipped?

Check that image against the limits: over 20 megapixels, or a batch over 150 MB in total, and that file is left out so the rest can finish. Honest limit: files larger than the cap are skipped rather than resized, so your originals are never altered without your knowing.
